This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Never had an issue with delivery or the products. On the one occasion I was missing some items, I phoned, and the missing items were with me the next day. Can't fault the customer service. The delivery times can sometimes be affected by busy periods and have been by the recent covid issues but I can honestly say I've never had an issue with anything from EZ.

I used to buy all my chemicals from ezcar care. I would still be buying my chemicals from them if they actually valued my business. Had a trade account,went to buy my months supply and my account wasn’t right. I called them to have it sorted, after 3 calls and many emails, it never got sorted, so ditched them and used someone else.

I am a regular customer of EZ car care and have been for years now. They are by far the best car care product I have come across, accompanied by an amazing community. Don’t even bother with anyone else.

I’ve now placed multiple orders with ezcarcare and can honestly say the products have been first class. The ease of use and finish is amongst the best I’ve achieved and given the price I find it pound for pound real true value. Many more orders to come!

Been using various companies car care product for while now and can honestly say EZ products are one of the best I have come across. They have every product you need and with offers left right and centre you can afford to splash out on them all. Lots of talk about their deliveries but can’t say it’s been an issue for me, we’re in strange times and their not the only company that has had issues but the true worth of a company is how they deal with issues and the guys at EZ will go above and beyond to sort any issues out if you had one. Great products, great prices what more can you ask for.
