This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Great products and good advice ordered a snow foam lance and not sure what connection needed was sent 3 versions and was advised to send back which wasn’t needed. Good delivery times cannot fault
mediocre products. Very poor delivery times. Products missing from orders. Don't reply to emails or messages and very difficult to get anyone on the phone
Amazing products! Customer service team are friendly and very helpful however can take a while to get through to them. Delivery is on point unless running serious promos. Great products at great prices!

Honestly cannot fault the team at EZ. They have constant offers on and the products are second to none. Delivery has never been an issue for me, a couple of orders have been slightly delayed but a quick phone call and they always sort it out no questions asked and have received free upgrades for my experience. The products are easy to use and the team are always happy to help with any questions regarding usage. Top drawer service and products.
I’ve heard a lot of people complaining about delivery. I’ve never had any issues with this, I’ve done about ten presets and all have been dispatched within the timescales advertised. The products are amongst the best I’ve used, the prices are generally competitive, but the kits and offers make them unbeatable. Highly recommend!
