This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I've been using EZ for a few years now and I have had a couple delays but nothing outrageous and all has been within their terms and conditions, I love the products and never had any issues with inconsistencies of slightly lighter or darker colours, it has always worked the same way, my customers are extremely happy with every car I put out and EZ is what I use most of when completing full Valets. I always recieve my orders within 5 working days which I think is fair but I reckon they will have the delivery times down to less than that in no time. Keep up the good work guys I really enjoy using your products.
Delivery wasn’t too bad to be fair. I bought a number of products to restock the shed but I’ve found most of them subpar. I wouldn’t be using again once these run out- I’ll go back to paying more for items that work
Great products, great prices. High quality products at very affordable prices. There are always offers on products which I think is great! Have to wait a while for the products to arrive but given the current situation less staff ect, but apart from that spot on! Highly recommend to any beginner or expert.
