This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Used to use a well known brand of car polish till I found EZ PRODUCTS and I must say WOW the results you get are stunning I’ve converted a few people / friends to use EZ PRODUCTS as well after seeing the results on my car how well it looks the products are well priced always plenty of offers on delivery was great I carnt fault this company at all and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends or anyone keep up the great work EZ 👍🏻
I’v placed many orders with ez and only ever had 1 item missing from a delivery. Called up answered straight away I explained and the item was sent that day and I received the following day. Can’t expect anything better great customer service 5⭐️ Deliveries took around 8-10 days during the lockdown but that’s expected with shortage of staff in all areas including ( Parcelforce & Royal Mail ) The products are quality and plenty of range to choose from, something for everyone. Always a sale or some discounted products so always a bargain to be had
Never ending sales which render pricing structure meaningless and the worst delivery times ever.
Top class service, delivery was slower than I was hoping for but still got it at a reasonable time. Ordered on the Sunday and received on the Friday 👍
Products are of a good quality for the price. Can’t fault the bang for buck especially when the deals are on! Delivery was quick.
Good products and reasonably priced however each time I've ordered from them (a handful of times) the delivery times have been appalling, tends to be right around a large sale and they only bring it upon themselves. Good products just don't order if in a hurry for them.
Have been using there products for a year now , fantastic service and never had a problem with delivery other than a bottle getting lost at the Royal Mail office in Manchester , sent EZ a message and they posted out a new one , when it arrived there wasn’t one but two bottles , can’t fault them .
