This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

All good. I have ordered twice and no problems yes slow to deliver but what was happening it was understandable . Will buy again when I can afford it
Ordered a complete wash kit customised to what I wanted. Taking into consideration with COVID-19 my order arrived 3 days later with no Damage or issues. Highly recommend these guys for their fairly priced detailing products

Absolutely over the moon with how my car is so shiny with ez car products very fast service especially due to the delay with covid 19 contracted customer service regarding my delivery spoke to advisor called holly may I say how helpful she was and tracked my order straight away so thank you for great products and excellent 5 star customer service experience will definitely be ordering again.
Despite the covid delievery dekats, ptiducts alwatscatrive promptly and even when they dontbthe custoner helpline guys are so friendly and easy to work with and alwats get a positive result abd the products thensekves are insane and do exactly as they say on the bottle
They actually have good products for the price but only because the products are on a constant sale which they then use as an excuse for poor delivery times. This has been going on for years with them either blaming the couriers/moving site/covid19. Yet its always an issue around a big sale time which is about every 2 weeks. When they finally catch up with dispatch times they then announce another big sale and the cycle continues. They got rid of the feedback option on their Facebook page due to negative feedback and have been asking their Facebook community to leave positive reviews here. Its a shame as at the sale prices the products are actually good its just let down by delivery times and missing items in orders.
