This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Had no reply since april an it is now august about my missing items...what I did receive is nothing but average an does not last long thanks to the spray tops ..just go anywhere else honestly
Was recommended by a friend to try out some of their products, after helping out with her car seen how good they were I’ve since made 2 orders both that arrived very quickly and now nearly having every product available can’t wait to finally get to work on my car!

Ordered twice from these guys now, during covid crisis everyone was at home washing there cars, this lead to a spike in online ordering on almost every detailing company's websites due to furloughed people being stuck at home, this put unprecedented pressure on company's to deliver goods and get them sent out. This company was under serious pressure, with minimal staffing yet they still managed to offer promotions and get stock delivered in a suitable timeframe. The products they supply are very good quality and very good pricing, and despite a bit of a wait on my first order the second order from order to dispatch was within just a couple of days. I really like this company and would not hesitate to order again from them. 5 stars from me.
I have now ordered 4 times from EZ car care during the Lockdown, yes delivery times were slower than usual but nothing out of the ordinary giving the circumstances. I would highly recommend EZ car care, great products at affordable prices.
I've only used ezcarcare products can't fault them. To be honest didn't mind the wait because the products are good in lock down ordered products on a Thursday and got it on the Wednesday keep up the good work
I’ve placed several orders while Covid 19’s been around, and whilst there’s been big promotions and offers on. And my deliveries have all arrived within 4/5 days of ordering, which is perfectly acceptable. I will continue to use them, when I've used some of the bulk I have bought in the offers.
