This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I’ve been using ez for over a year now the products are well priced and give great results but the stand out product is the ceramic wax always wait for a sale though and sometimes the delivery can be a couple of weeks when they are busy but it is worth the wait

The products are really good. my first order was delayed for a while but thats PERFECTLY OK under all existing circumstances. The last order arrived really fast. This is a good company.
Placed an order for my company Apex Wrapz & Detailing after being referred by Andover valeter and I must say I am impressed with the quality of the products and would highly recommend to anyone. Spoke to customer services after making a mistake when ordering and Lewis could not be any more helpful and supportive. Customer service help was 5* and got all my items within 4 days of ordering. Took over 2 weeks to deliver. Had to keep emailing to chase it up. The products I received were underwhelming, at best. First and last order I will ever make with this company. Owners attitudes, on the Facebook discussion group, stinks. Avoid! There are better companies to spend your money with.
Products arrived quickly. One of the triggers was damaged and I contacted them and they sent a replacement and it was with me within 48 hours. I ordered one of the kits, came with 8 500ml products for less than £40. Products are good also in particular the viper wheel cleaner and citrus wash. Both are dilatable so even a 500ml goes a long way.
Fast delivery, excellent products, well worth the money, will be buying more when i get paid 😅

Okay products, poor delivery times. Customer service isn't the greatest either since I won a competition of theirs yet they decided to ignore any attempt of me getting in contact with them to claim it.
