The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced, I’ve sent 2 emails, neither of which have ever been responded too. The order was incredibly slow to be dispatched, however I understand they may be busy, but there is no correspondence explaining any of this. I’m still not totally sure as I’ve been complete unable to get in touch with them as they don’t respond to emails and they certainly never answer the phone, but from the couriers notes I believe some of my order got damaged in transit, however for over a week now I’ve heard nothing in regards to whether they’re going to refund me for the 4x5l bottles that went missing/got damaged, or whether they’re going to replace them, the part of the order I did receive was dreadfully packed and several bottles had leaked a little regardless, however I could live a small amount of leakage given they’re liquids being sent via couriers, but to have had no response, no email, nothing about what’s happening with the remaining part of my order is beyond me. Yet I receive daily spam marketing emails from them, but nothing at all in regards to my order or my emails.
