Had sliding doors fitted. 5 star service. Workers were very friendly and did a great job, leaving no mess whatsoever. Will definately use this company again for any home improvements

Faultless
Could not fault the company at all. From having Chris round to talk through the windows, then the surveyor, followed by prep work by the builder Raz and then the installing of the windows by Mark & Kevin. Had no issues, they worked professional, respecting the property and very clean workers. They are not pushy unlike Anglian Windows and this is the first time using EYG.
Order costing 33,000 with EYG they mess it all up
EDIT - after posting they started to do things as per agreed. Ordered works costs 33,000 with EYG, there were the cheapest firm to quote by Β£2,000 by so this should this is not quote that is too cheap for the works etc. sadly its impossible to get them to actually perform and start work or even provide a start date as apparently there are issues with my order which sales need to resolve but never action.
Pushy Sales -Youβll Never Get Rid
It started off okay. I ordered windows through them but quickly realised that they are very pushy with sales. Salesperson made me order and pay then and there to get the βbest dealβ and also wanted a man available, my partner, which I found extremely sexist and worrying. Got some sliding doors from them which were half fitted and left in a sorry state. I had to chase up months after to get this sorted which took two attempts to get right. Door wasnβt the right size which was disappointing. Since then I havenβt wanted to use them but I am getting cold called consistently on a weekly basis. Asked them to take me off from their contacts list which still has not been done.

We had a set of 6 new windows by EYG the men on site for 2 days (Jordan and Gaz) over 2 days Worked very hard in inclement conditions on the first day and came back on the second. Can't speak too highly of their skills and manner and cleanliness on the job.

EYG Windows fitted wrong sized windows
EYG Windows fitted our front home windows today with incorrect sized windows. The measurements are no where near correct and the fitters have used 6 inch plastic packers to fill the very large gaps that are clearly apparent. My home is looking horrendous inside and outside and I contacted the branch to telephone me back to discuss and they failed to call me back. We were looking seriously forward to getting new windows and now we feel deflated. I have now emailed them an official complaint. I have now updated this feedback a few weeks later as I have sent a few emails now to management. Not one single apology from anyone at the office and very little responses back. As you will see from the response from Lisa below - I provided further information and no investigation has taken place after 4 months. Although my windows have now been rectified no apology and no investigation into why this happened in the first place. Everyone you speak to will avoid blame at all costs. You will also note the sharp tone in the response below which is indicative of the culture.

Rude door canvasser.
Just had one of their door canvassers turn up on my doorstep. Extremely rude and unprofessional. EYG door canvassers need to learn to be a little more polite. The door canvasser decided in his wisdom to call me a "helmet" as he walked off. A bit of an unusual and ridiculous comment.

Gary & Joe amazing work.
Today we had two Guys from EYG named Gary & Joe, complete our conservatory. Well I could not believe they complete the job in two days, this was to a very high standards . In today world itβs very hard to find contractors with such a fantastic work ethic. These guys not only produce first class standards but they worked right through the day even working while having their drinks and lunch. They were polite and professional. It was a pleasure having two experienced Men working on our home. We canβt not thank you enough and your an absolutely credit to EYG. We will certainly recommend you to everyone we know. Once again thank you Gary and Joe for completed of conservatory which we will enjoy for many years . Best wishes Mike & Elaine Withernsea .

Exterior Door Replacement
After several quotes we decided to go with EYG because they are local, have a good reputation and were reasonably priced. We are having front and back doors and inside patio doors replaced, polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with a Hybrid roof and soffit and facias replaced. The first part of the work has just been completed with all the doors being replaced. The quality of the products and the workmanship of Phil B and Ray was superb. Arrived on time kept me informed throughout, made sure all the fitting were perfect, going beyond their remit to make sure area around the doors blended in well, and kept the area very clean. Thank you Guys.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Mark and Damien did an amazing job. They take care in their work and cleaned up when completed, very professional, polite and respectful of our property we canβt thank them enough. We had such a bad experience with another window company and nothing was too much to ask, every request was met immediately and they restored our trust. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant Job done by 2 brilliant guys.
Just had 20 year old conservatory windows and roof replaced by Kev & Alan, working for EYG. They were friendly, professional, efficient and managed to put up with an old man asking endless questions without getting grumpy. Their work ethic is second to none; turned up promptly, worked hard to get the job done in the allocated time-frame, cleaned up after themselves, no bad language, and DID AN EXCELLENT AND ABSOLUTELY PERFECT JOB. The finished conservatory looks far better than when it was first built in 2002 and is the envy of my neighbours. Brilliant job done by a brilliant couple of guys. I unhesitatingly and unreservedly recommend them and EYG.
