Had sliding doors fitted. 5 star service. Workers were very friendly and did a great job, leaving no mess whatsoever. Will definately use this company again for any home improvements

Faultless
Could not fault the company at all. From having Chris round to talk through the windows, then the surveyor, followed by prep work by the builder Raz and then the installing of the windows by Mark & Kevin. Had no issues, they worked professional, respecting the property and very clean workers. They are not pushy unlike Anglian Windows and this is the first time using EYG.
Order costing 33,000 with EYG they mess it all up
EDIT - after posting they started to do things as per agreed. Ordered works costs 33,000 with EYG, there were the cheapest firm to quote by £2,000 by so this should this is not quote that is too cheap for the works etc. sadly its impossible to get them to actually perform and start work or even provide a start date as apparently there are issues with my order which sales need to resolve but never action.
Pushy Sales -You’ll Never Get Rid
It started off okay. I ordered windows through them but quickly realised that they are very pushy with sales. Salesperson made me order and pay then and there to get the ‘best deal’ and also wanted a man available, my partner, which I found extremely sexist and worrying. Got some sliding doors from them which were half fitted and left in a sorry state. I had to chase up months after to get this sorted which took two attempts to get right. Door wasn’t the right size which was disappointing. Since then I haven’t wanted to use them but I am getting cold called consistently on a weekly basis. Asked them to take me off from their contacts list which still has not been done.

I had problems with EYG when I had my…
I had problems with EYG when I had my windows and doors installed a few years ago but have to thank them for coming to my rescue and to Tony the emergency engineer for his professalism when attending my property on Thursday to fix my door that wouldn't lock.

Ray from EYG installed a new composite door and side panel to our property recently. Ray displayed a professional attitude on behalf of his company while also showing his jovial side when noticing we were also of that nature. Overall very good job and quality materials that we’ve come to expect from EYG over the last 30 years.

New window and door
Had new kitchen window and external door fitted today, Ray who carried out the work did a fantastic job, went above and beyond and gave few tips on what I need to do for the aftercare. With the current situation I was felt at ease and social distance was fully adhered to. Would fully recommend eyg and Ray.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. All fitters were efficient, tidy, workmanship excellent. A thoroughly good job. The weather was awful but they literally never stopped. This was a huge project - 4 bedroom house: all windows, doors, fascias, guttering etc as well as same to the garage. All done in just over 4 days.

Great service
Had windows and doors fitted over 6 years ago? had no problems until the other day. Was struggling to lock the front door. emailed the service department and they came out the same day. great service, especially under the current COVID lockdown. thanks to Chris the service engineer who came out. will be calling them to build the conservatory thanks to all EYG staff

Back door
Back door I had a problem with the back door, I was unable to unlock it, it happened literally overnight. I contacted EYG on messenger and was given an email address to send my query too, as the office is closed due to Covid19 pandemic.The communication was great and I was told someone would be in touch to arrange to attend and deal the issue. There was only one engineer, Tony, who was working and was told he would contact me that day. He called me straight away and said he would be with me within the hour, and was here in about 20 minutes. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. The company is currently closed due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, but the level of service was fantastic. Thank you to them and the engineer Tony for their help.

The EYG contractors installation of tiled roof
The EYG contractors, Shaun & Danny, worked to a very high standard to instal a tiled roof on our conservatory. They were prompt each day, kept disruption down to a minimum and completed the work in the scheduled time. They made sure we were completely satisfied with the installation on completion.
