Back door
Back door I had a problem with the back door, I was unable to unlock it, it happened literally overnight. I contacted EYG on messenger and was given an email address to send my query too, as the office is closed due to Covid19 pandemic.The communication was great and I was told someone would be in touch to arrange to attend and deal the issue. There was only one engineer, Tony, who was working and was told he would contact me that day. He called me straight away and said he would be with me within the hour, and was here in about 20 minutes. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. The company is currently closed due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, but the level of service was fantastic. Thank you to them and the engineer Tony for their help.
