sliding doors fitted

Had sliding doors fitted. 5 star service. Workers were very friendly and did a great job, leaving no mess whatsoever. Will definately use this company again for any home improvements

Faultless

Could not fault the company at all. From having Chris round to talk through the windows, then the surveyor, followed by prep work by the builder Raz and then the installing of the windows by Mark & Kevin. Had no issues, they worked professional, respecting the property and very clean workers. They are not pushy unlike Anglian Windows and this is the first time using EYG.

Order costing 33,000 with EYG they mess it all up

EDIT - after posting they started to do things as per agreed. Ordered works costs 33,000 with EYG, there were the cheapest firm to quote by Β£2,000 by so this should this is not quote that is too cheap for the works etc. sadly its impossible to get them to actually perform and start work or even provide a start date as apparently there are issues with my order which sales need to resolve but never action.

Pushy Sales -You’ll Never Get Rid

It started off okay. I ordered windows through them but quickly realised that they are very pushy with sales. Salesperson made me order and pay then and there to get the β€˜best deal’ and also wanted a man available, my partner, which I found extremely sexist and worrying. Got some sliding doors from them which were half fitted and left in a sorry state. I had to chase up months after to get this sorted which took two attempts to get right. Door wasn’t the right size which was disappointing. Since then I haven’t wanted to use them but I am getting cold called consistently on a weekly basis. Asked them to take me off from their contacts list which still has not been done.

Bi-fold repair

Contacted EYG via the customer care email and received contact back within a few hours were I was able to give details about my problem. Bifold doors not closing due to seal coming away. I was telephoned within another couple of hours by the guy on call, Tony, and he arranged to come the next day. All sorted and fixed the next day even under these lockdown circumstances. Tony was great.... quick and efficient. Very impressed and very grateful. We can now access the rear garden and let the little ones play safely. Thank you EYG

Conservatory Doors.

We had a problem with our conservatory doors which emerged late on Sunday afternoon, 3 May 2020. I emailed EYG receiving an acknowledgement early the following morning. Only one engineer, Tony, was working and I was told he would contact us later in the day. He did so before 9.00am and attended about 20 minutes later. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. The company is currently closed due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, but the level of service we experienced was second to none. In our experience, the repair service provided by this company has been exemplary and we would like to say a very big thank you to them and the engineer Tony for there help.

Replacing all our sash window and doors

The fitters Mark and Damien were excellent. We had all our sash window and two doors replaced, not the easiest style to do. We were very impressed with the quality of their workmanship and their ability to solve any issues that arose from 100 year old + sash windows being removed and replaced. They discussed their plans and progress with us each day, creating minimal mess and clearing up thoroughly each day. Nothing was too much for them. This is the second time we have chosen to use EYG for replacement windows and were were not disappointed. Charles and Brigid

Excellent service by Ray

Ray came to do our front window on 20/03 and did a great job. He was friendly and got on with the work in hand. He thoroughly cleared up any mess before he left. I would absolutely recommend him.

hybrid roof

We are half through having our hybrid roof done on our conservatory. Before we decided to go ahead eyg put us In touch with a lady who had recently had hers done to have a look . We were very impressed. Lee and Karl arrived this week and they have worked really hard to get us ready for the next step. Also they mended my door thanks guys Looking forward to the next step We have already noticed a difference in temperature And it just looks like part of the house I always think conservatories look like an add on . Thanks

Good Service and Workmanship

We have recently had our fascia's, soffits and guttering done with EYG Hull and the service throughout has been great. From the salesman that came to quote initially, the lady in the showroom who provided further guidance and the excellent team that came to do the work, everyone was very helpful during our buying journey. In particular, we would like to thank 'Terry & Connor', the team that came to fit the products. Not only were they very professional and courteous, but they were very patient with us when we kept asking questions about what they were doing. We are very pleased with how our new fascia's, soffits and guttering look - it is a great improvement on what was there before.

Impressive Customer Service

From our first enquiry about getting a new front door to installation we were impressed with EYG. We visited the showroom in South Hykeham which was small but well laid out, to show us colours and styles, and staff were able to answer all our questions and arrange for a salesman to visit. Derek soon arrived and talked us through all the options, and we agreed a price. Then we had a six week wait for installation, during which Steve the surveyor made sure all the measurements were just right. After that Jason took over communication, keeping us informed and agreeing an installation date with us. Communication was great throughout, the installer, Rob, phoned the the day before the install to make sure we were happy with the arrangements (we were isolating because of the Coronavirus epidemic), and on the day he called us again to tell us he was on his way. The installation itself was brilliant and our door looks even better than we thought it would be. We were very impressed with the whole process and everyone we have been in contact with from EYG - it is so refreshing to find a company where the staff are all so professional, friendly, efficient and considerate, and communication is great as well - your customer service is brilliant, thank you all.

Window replacement

I had all my windows replaced and the difference to the clarity of light as well as heat retention is quite remarkable. Mark and Damien who carried out the work were polite, efficient and cleared up any mess (not that there was much) thoroughly. They enabled me to continue with various tasks without interruption. I would recommend EYG to others.
