I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Excellent Service
The Enfield Town branch of Equity Estate Agents were helpful and friendly throughout the process of buying our property. Scott was professional and dealt quickly with the many problems that occurred due to our inept Solicitor, making sure we didn't lose the house. Totally recommend Equity Estate Agents.

Flat sale
Flat sale: sold relatively quickly, fees quite high, but communication wasn't great and we have felt a bit patronised by our point of contact throughout the process. The experience of using two agents on two different properties has been enlightening, our other agent couldn't be more on the ball or friendly. Highlight has been dealing with Gabby - if you need an answer or something doing, she is your girl - knowledgeable, quick, and very professional.

Being a landlord for the first time is…
Being a landlord for the first time is daunting. Gina and Snr partner Mark met with me at my home and gave me reassurances that my property would be properly cared for. Having a Snr partner with years of experience there to answer my questions made me feel very important (big tick!) Gina is great. She is lovely and professional at the same time! Equity offered me competitive rates, took great photo's and within weeks my property was snapped up! My handover to the management Team was also seamless. I found Equity's welcome pack very informative. In all, Excellent, excellent, professional, customer-centred care and attention to detail. FIVE STARS from a very happy customer. Thanks Equity!

We recently bought a house through Equity and I can honestly say that Scott & his team made the whole process easy and stress-free. No matter how many times we asked to view it or what questions/ requests we had, Scott was always amazingly helpful and accommodating. I would recommend using Equity and have already said that in the future should we ever decide to buy or sell again, we would use their services.
