I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Excellent service from Equity estate agent in Enfield
We were very pleased with the service we got from Equity both in terms of finding us a buyer and then following the purchase through to a successful conclusion. We were kept up-dated with progess during the sale and if we contacted Equity for information they were always helpful. Generally I would have no concerns about recommending them to others. Darren at Equity oversaw our house sale throughout the process and became directly involved once we had a buyer and ensured it came to a successful conclusion

Organised, professional, friendly service
Fantastic and professional service from Darren and the team at Equity. We just bought a house through them and from booking the appointment to updates throughout the process and helping to chase the solicitors and update both sides, Darren was great. Am using them to help let the property now and they’ve been great. Would definitely use Equity over others to buy, sell or let. 5 star service!

Great estate agents! Definately recommend
Purchased a property through Equity Estate Agents (Enfield Branch) and they were excellent from start to finish. Very professional and efficent. Aaliyah Salih helped with all the initial viewings etc and she was absolutely amazing. And Darren Nelson dealt with the transaction from acceptance of our offer to completion of our purchase and he too was absolutely amazing. Darren played a big part in pushing the transaction through to completion as quickly as possible which we were extremely thankful for. I always received quick responses to my enquiries from him and I always had prompt updates. The whole team were great!. Definately recommend them and will use them again in the future. A big thumbs up from us

Despite the rush to complete before the stamp duty holiday deadline, my experience in buying my first home went extremely well thanks to Darren! This is the second property bought with Equity in my family and definitely recommend! All other staff are also super polite and helpful!
