I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Great Service!
Equity put the property on the market and a buyer was quickly obtained. Equity provided regular updates to ensure I was abreast of the status of the sale. Due to delays on the part of the buyers solicitors, Equity intervened by assisting with communication and clarification regarding outstanding queries. Both Helen and Darren worked tirelessly during the final stages to ensure a timely exchange and subsequent completion. I have previously sold another property through them in 2017 and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you Equity!!

Sale and purchase with Equity
We was thinking of moving and wanted a valuation, so booked in Darren Nelson from Equity as we had purchased our property from them and Darren in 2014 and was a very easy going experience back then. Darren was very helpful as per our previous encounter with him, and helped us, advised us and guided us along the way. Equity managed to get an offer on our property within a week of speaking to Darren. We were chain sellers, and through the management of Equity and specifically Darren and Helen, our first acceptance was also the eventual buyer of our property. The property we ended up purchasing was also through Equity and the wonderful help of Kyrie, Matthew and the rest of the team to help us get over the line. Both Darren and Helen, worked miracles to deal with somewhat slow solicitors involved in the process and their communication and keeping us up to date was one of the best things about them. Thank you for so much, for making things easier and providing continual reassurance which is very welcomed in a stressful and life changing experience such as moving homes Would highly recommend Equity and would like to extend our thanks to the Enfield branch in particular.
