Issues with RSA course. Beware if you want to do RSA here

I purchase almost all the courses here as a bundle due to cheaper discounted price. I dont need some courses like RSA, white card etc but I dont mind doing them. And I totally agree with all the negative reviews for the RSA. I got my food safety and covid card which are very short courses. Problems come with the RSA, I get all my answers correct except for 1, yes just 1 out of 100 over questions, which is video record roleplay question 4 part 1. They said that I keep getting it wrong and then the time expires and the course is "flagged" I do not agree that I get it wrong, even I seek answer from all kind of online sources, from AI chatgpt, website like coursehero, scrib...and community page which we discuss over the question, and yet they marked me wrong after multi attempt on one question. Even their test has a lot of problems, they need to detect the exact word. Like if they need to detect "sick", you cannot type in "ill". One question about driving licence where you to determine the age, which is 6 years and 11 months old, I say the age is not more than 7 yrs old, they say my answer is wrong. Really not recommend the course, especially for RSA. Ask me to contact them to proceed further, I believe is to ask to pay more to proceed, which I did not do so. I dont need this RSA thing anyway but it clearly shows the EOT ways of operations. Not going for my RGA and white card courses that I have already paid for. Not sure if they even do refund. And one more, do it at your own free time, not really, my RSA course has 3 months limit.

I advice anyone wanting to do a ticket to find an onsite provider and AVOID this website. Could not do it onsite so had to go through the website. Once you had three wrong answers to one question you need to wait for them to call you back. I tried to call them back myself as I am working and I am not at their disposal, they just told me to wait for another email and another call. This is so wrong. Bad customer service.

A fuir!!!!

A fuir!!!! Rsa passe en ligne, très très long à faire + longue attente pour passer à l'étape suivante. Ils disent que vous obtenez votre certificat dans la journée c'est complètement faux!!! Nous avons mis 8 jours à recevoir notre certificat!!!

Keep out

Please stay away from this company. Don't wast your time and money. They take a long time to assess you and you have to email and call. Not worth it. Just try another one. You might lose work waiting for the certificate with eot.

Beware before you buy

Beware before you buy. If you look around on the website, you'll notice that there is no phone number to call. You can google and try social media too - there is no way to contact them. At best, send a message via the 'raise a support ticket' and you get a reply saying that it takes one business day for them to respond. They provide the (white card WA) training online, you have to pay once this has been completed. But then there are assessments to upload, the video upload functionality is hit and miss, you have to repeat this several times. Then they take their time (over 3 business days) to check each assessment. The ACCC (Australian consumer protection) is taking them to court for false advertising. This is definitely not SAME DAY white card. It's been 10 days and we are still not sure whether a white card will be issued.

White card online..

White card online... 3 weeks later if your lucky... They reel you in saying pay at the end.. after the first section of questions you have to pay. Then each new section takes 3 days to review with 8 sections in total. There is an option where you can pay to have it reviewed quicker. If you can do it in person do it if you need to do it online do it somewhere else

Very disappointed in this company

Very disappointed in this company. The assessors use condescending attitudes and rude unsavoury behaviour. They add further questions that were not included hence a recipe to fail or having to continue beyond budget. I went to another provider who were fantastic and I am a qualified trainer and teacher so I am very much alert to issues in education and training

Waste of time and money

Tried to submit assessments through both my mobile device and my laptop, and both times there were "technical issues". Then they wanted another $30 to extend my course! Very difficult to find any contact details too, with every email from them being a "do not reply". Would not recommend, at least for White Card.

Just a little feedback as an observer…

Just a little feedback as an observer who has came across a few phone calls and would like to give a little review regarding communication skills. I understand you guys have to deal with a lot of "customers" and at times can't really be bothered helping. As you might know yourself, being a newcomer in this country, with little english ,can be overwhelming. Assessors are there to help their students the best way they can to have them succeed. Having a condescending and cold tone when talking to them isn't really a good attribute to have as an assessor. You might look at improving your communication skills or a career change might be needed. Just something to think about guys, it's not about just taking the money from people, it's giving them a chance to enter the work force. Kind Regards

Fuyez EOT!!

Bonjour a tous, Très mauvaise expérience avec EOT. Tout d'abord il y a énormément de questions est c'est vraiment très long et pas simple même avec un niveau d'anglais correct. Il y a également de nombreuses vidéos à réaliser. Vous allez donc devoir acheter l'équipement et vous filmer et parler de nombreuses fois en anglais ce qui risque d'être compliqué si votre niveau est moyen. De plus dès que l'ensemble du questionnaire+vidéos est terminée. Vous avez environ 3 jours pour avoir une réponse ce qui vous fait perdre des journées où vous auriez pu travailler. Si vous refaites une erreur c'est reparti pour 3 jours de plus, etc... Si vous payez l'extra pour avoir un retour rapide de 55$ faites bien attention car ce qu'ils ne disent pas c'est qu'au bout de 5 envoie avec retour négatif un examinateur va vous appeler. Ils sont clairement horrible c'est à se demander s'ils veulent que vous restiez chez eux. Pour info je me suis fait raccroché au nez par un certain "Fred" qui n'a pas manqué de me dire en français que je ne comprenais rien seulement pour une question pas validé sur l'ensemble du questionnaire. Ne perdez pas votre temps avec ce site, je me demande comment des blogs français sur l'Australie peuvent le recommander. Vous allez perdre beaucoup beaucoup de temps avec EOT!!!

DO NOT WASTE your time

DO NOT WASTE your time - incorrect advertising you will not obtain your RSA certificate in one day. the process is drawn out an time wasting. Best to go in person at another training provider and obtain your cert. its been over 7 days and i am still going through the process to obtain my cert. However, if you urgently need your certicate there is a fee you can pay!!!! no thanks
