Just a little feedback as an observer…
Just a little feedback as an observer who has came across a few phone calls and would like to give a little review regarding communication skills. I understand you guys have to deal with a lot of "customers" and at times can't really be bothered helping. As you might know yourself, being a newcomer in this country, with little english ,can be overwhelming. Assessors are there to help their students the best way they can to have them succeed. Having a condescending and cold tone when talking to them isn't really a good attribute to have as an assessor. You might look at improving your communication skills or a career change might be needed. Just something to think about guys, it's not about just taking the money from people, it's giving them a chance to enter the work force. Kind Regards
