So far so good, excellent communication!

So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!

Very helpful

They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

The money I asked to be refunded was done, which I was pleased with. I was then told my direct debit was increasing which I was not happy with.There was no reason for my direct debit to be increased. I was not pleased at all.Simply profiteering at my expense.

Easy to use app.

Easy to use app. They help me find my cheapest fixed deal which has always matched up to Martin Lewis’s advice. Always pay back any money owing without being asked. Never had cause for a complaint yet.
