So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

Wouldn't say my experience was great, sorting out a new tariff is something we all have to do. Saying that I looked at all my options before making my selection, phoned up your helpline and sorted it no problem.

As is the norm in these difficult times, we shopped around before committing to a new contract. E.on next was up there with the most favourable, and so renewing was made easy for us. The process was quick and simple, and we were able to pick the tariff most suitable to our needs.
