So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

Their service was solid but departments were not joined up well and it sometimes took 2+ shots at getting matter sorted.

Reasonably competent in switching me to new tariff. Though don’t see why onus is on customer to bring about switch to lower tariffs. It should be something that is automatically done . Your customers should always be on the lowest tariff/ cost to them. If this is not the case there is a hint of profiteering.

I received no feedback or explanation of how the situation I found myself in had arisen. It is a mystery I hope someone at E-ON can discover. I am satisfied that my direct debit continues to be working satisfactorily as originally set up.
