So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

Slight confusion with my electricity bill which usually comes at the same time as the gas as both submitted together at the same time. Account is now correct.

Very good service lady I spoke to was polite and very helpful 10/10 Actually got to talk to a human being and not a machine which in my opinion makes for better communication. Saying that I do understand that the people on the other end of the phone should not under any circumstances be verbally abused they are trying to help
