So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

Why can't energy companies just work out my annual usage, and then divide it by 12 so I pay the same amount each month! E.ON told me 2 months ago that I wasn't paying enough, and just put my direct debit up - this was despite the fact that we were just entering the summer months when usage generally falls. In my case, the usage drop is even greater as I have solar panels, which provide us with electricity and also heat the hot water, reducing gas usage to close to zero. To cap it all, just 2 months after putting the direct debit up, they've offered me a refund......
