So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

Experience was good in the end. The beginning though wasn’t the best as Eon thought I only had one electric reading. This created a delay as something needed changing on the national database. Several days later it was sorted and I was on the EV tariff. The complaints team were excellent as they understood from the beginning what my issue was (I had previously been on an EV tariff for 3 years which their system didn’t recognise). They took ownership of the issue sorted what was required with other departments and kept me informed. Overall this could have been an awful experience but despite the initial set back it was very positive.

The most important thing was I was able to make contact with an adviser without any of the usual problems we have today. The adviser was also very helpful.

To finally speak to an advisor that was competent, had empathy, professionalism and knowledgeable about the different tariffs. Jane was an excellent advisor. I spoke to her on 10th July. However, I spoke to a different advisor, last Monday 7th July, and he was hopeless. So what could be better is to train these people up in the tariffs, and learn them how to be empathic, professional, and knowledgeable. The advisor I spoke to on Monday, was no good to me, I felt confused, and let down, but thank heavens for advisors like Jane.
