Experience was good in the end
Experience was good in the end. The beginning though wasn’t the best as Eon thought I only had one electric reading. This created a delay as something needed changing on the national database. Several days later it was sorted and I was on the EV tariff. The complaints team were excellent as they understood from the beginning what my issue was (I had previously been on an EV tariff for 3 years which their system didn’t recognise). They took ownership of the issue sorted what was required with other departments and kept me informed. Overall this could have been an awful experience but despite the initial set back it was very positive.
