So far so good, excellent communication!
So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!

I have been with EON for several years…
I have been with Eon for several years and they were always easy to contact to discuss tariff reviews. However, since changes were made and contact is limited to chat robots and customer service chats information is not as reliable as it previously was.

Arrears
Very important to get an e-mail each month so I know I am not getting inti debt. If my usage goes up Inwould be happy to pay more on my direct debit as I have air conditioning now and don’t want to get into arrears.
