So far so good, excellent communication!

So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!

Unfair treatment

Their was a very beneficial tariff that I could not have because I do not wish to have a direct debit that is unfair, also it is unfair, and i still do not understand why i am penalized for paying on receipt of bill even though I am hundreds of pounds in Credit...very bad especially in this current economic climate

The transition to the new tariff.

The transition to the new tariff was simple and straight forward. The slightly frustrating side is that Eon Next for the past few weeks have been saying that they cannot connect to my meters and to supply manual readings. This is a little strange as Hildebrand Bright app can see them (updating every 30 minutes) and the new tariffs were updated on the meters (showing on the IHD).
