So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!

Easy to use website and app and transfer process for previous supplier was quick and smooth. Good range of tariffs and particularly like the overnight electricity tariff for charging EV and using appliances. Good service when using WhatsApp for enquiry. Only downside so far is the app doesn’t show daily usage for our tariff however there is a message advising that this should be fixed in the future.

My account is over £900 in credit and despite providing photos of meter readings Eon haven’t refunded me, despite me asking several times. No way to ask for a refund of your own money online, you have to email or ring and then it’s ’referred to another department’ and you hear nothing back. Be a different story if I them money I imagine….i used to be with Octopus Energy and am going to switch back
