So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

E.on seem very keen on getting customers to have the biggest credit on accounts possible that they can achieve, this actually means they are getting loads and loads of interest wherever they keep our money. I had a £500.00 credit, it took ages to get it back. They then said I should pay £68.00 a month, but proceeded to take £138.00 by direct debit meaning I now have a credit of £200.00 again. It’s really very shocking to think e.on have so much money belonging to customers in their bank account when it should be in the customers bank accounts, possibly preventing bank charges and interest payments to banks as well.

The person I chatted to on WhatsApp was great but the actual outcome of the chat was not ideal as basically I was invited to join a scheme to save money via an email to be then told I wasn’t eligible due to not being on a smart meter ….. when this was questioned (because I am on a smart meter) I was not told i just wasn’t eligible but that the eligibility criteria wasn’t actually known??? Disappointing

After receiving my online bill the gas portion was missing.I contacted Eon Next via WhatsApp and was contacted back within the hour.After going through their security checks they sorted out my problem and I can only say I big thank you to their customer service advisor Francis .Well done

Seriously eon next you’ve got my life, emails chats phone calls fix my smart meter, you say you now can’t bill my as my smart meter isn’t working er we’ll fix it, no promise call backs no one is taking charge I’ve had nothing but issues since I was forced to have it installed. Can someone please sort because otherwise how do I pay my bill because your obviously not bothered but I have Better things to do with my day

So great not to sit in a queue, have to go through a disheartening selection process to actually try to talk to someone. To just use WhatsApp is quick, simple, easy and quite frankly a breath of fresh air
