So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

I've just switched supplier to E.ON, NextDrive tariff. The process was very smooth and communication good.

I looked at my Credit Balance and got into a useless position with the website where I had to either request a refund or say I wouldn't want one for 90 days. Pathetic. Tried requesting a refund of zero but was prevented from doing that. I requested a refund of Β£1 which has been paid but I couldn't easily get out of the trap of either a refund or commit to not wanting one for 90 days. Plenty of room for improvement.

Very easy to get a refund but can't understand why I have to now pay more each month when I'm still in credit. Apart from that never had any problems with eon.
