So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

Eon has great customer service, with prompt answers to a call, no long queues, and pleasant staff. I've been with them for years and rate them entirely satisfactory. They support Woodland Trust with regular donations, which gets top marks from me!

I was advised my Energy tariff was ending and given several options to go for by Eon. I checked online but could find nothing that could better their prices. So it was very easy just to change on to the Eon tariff. Doing this means very little change to what I am paying now. Given the energy price rises at the moment, I find this quite remarkable.

The customer service is excellent, and I have found E.on next to be be far better in this area than other providers. It is very easy to get through to a person on the phone, and in my experience they have always been very helpful and my reason for calling resolved. My last call I changed my tariff the person I spoke to took there time to explain the tariffs and all charges which was helpful.
