So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

The new installation was completed on time, I was kept informed of the procedure all along, everyone concerned was helpful, I was very impressed.

I spoke to Kieran at Eon via their WhatsApp. (Which is such a great alternative to email/phone) He managed to change my tariff to one that was far cheaper than what I was paying before hand. He was friendly, helpful and did such a great job at getting it sorted for me quickly and efficiently.

To be fair, so far so good. They have come a long way over the last few years and appear to have invested heavily in systems and customer service. Iβve only been in a month, so itβs still early days, but if things keep going the way they are, Iβll be mighty impressed

the actual call was fine but I shouldn't have to call in the 1st place ,if I want to over pay I should be able to without you lowering it all the time.
