Remortgage

Used Enact to remortgage. Pretty smooth process, kept informed throughout. Got a response via the messaging option when needed and got through on the phone every time I called. Would use Enact again.

Enact were quick and easy to use for a…

Enact were quick and easy to use for a remortgage and transfer of equity. The system is relatively simple to use and it’s pretty what you need to do at each stage which makes it easy. If you want to speak with them on the phone it can sometimes be difficult and doesn’t appear there is just one person assigned to your case. But for simple conveyancing I would recommend.

Quick and helpful

So I’m a first time buyer and because we bought through auction we had 56 days to complete. Matthew and his team made me feel very confident and educated me throughout the process. Emails were replied to quickly and calls also answered promptly or returned if not. Would definitely recommend if first time buyers or buying through auction thanks again to enact conveyancing.

Awfull service

I have experienced the worst service I have ever done with a broker when it comes to enact. First direct goes through enact through mortgages. Enact have a portal which they upload documents for you to fill and send back, when these documents become available or a message appears there is no email/text/mobile notification at all. They do not say when to check the app and how often. Hence extremely poor communication
