Great communication
Great communication, kept me informed all the way to selling a property. Great, easy to use online tracker platform. So much better than in the 'old days' when using high street solicitors and conveyancers. Would use again.

Have used Enact for two house moves now The Online Tracker is great, you can see where you are ask questions , which are answered promptly & receive documents, this being just a part of it, the second move was quite complex & it was handled smoothly When needed I was able to speak to my case handler Would & have recommended to my family & friends

Brilliant right off the bat.
Brilliant right off the bat. Was assigned initially to someone I didn't get chance to deal with much but then eventually the case was moved over to Matthew... What a LEGEND. He was a very patient, professional and helpful guy. He answered ALL of my questions in a very prompt manner, even dumbed down some questions that I couldn't understand when reading through the paperwork. I had Enact instruct both sale and purchases and throughout the entire process it was Enact demonstrating all the chasing and showing all the initiative. The online portal that you use could do with a bit of a touch up, but I am a software dev so I would notice these things. They were honest with their prices from day one. There was one extra charge for a search that was required but I paid pennies for it after Matt searched around for the best quote. Generally speaking their quotes were also very competitive. I've sold and bought a few houses in my time and had some good conveyancers but Enact has topped them all. A big thankyou to Matt and the rest of the Enact Team involved for making the process as painless as possible!

Enact were very helpful, they dealt with the sale of my house very efficiently and at a much keener price than other solicitors that I contacted. I would certainly recommend them, a friend who had used them and was very pleased with their performance had recommended them to me.

They are so ridiculously slow
They are so ridiculously slow. They’re handling the conveyancing for my remortgage, and despite having plenty of time, they’ve managed to miss the switch date - so now I’m paying a premium on my old mortgage until they get their act together.
