Unbelievably slow and disappointing.

Enact are acting on behalf of the lender. They have requested a deed of variation of the management company, but are very slow to articulate what is required and very slow to respond to questions. A process that was supposed to take 6 weeks has already taken 10 weeks. I have a deadline in 2 weeks that will cost me £1000 if missed. I have no confidence in this legal firm. All I can do is cross my fingers and hope !

Highly professional and transparent process, with a named support person who gave us consistent help. Our remortgage was complicated by some delays beyond our control, and the Enact team were able to courteously navigate these delays with admirable understanding and flexibility.

Cannot praise enact highly enough …myself and my wife found their services incredibly helpful, friendly , professional and so efficient They made what we initially thought was going to be a very convoluted, drawn out process .. so fast, simple & straightforward. Always giving plenty of information and constantly keeping us abreast of all updates. So pleased with them , Cannot recommend highly enough. Would certainly use again 👍
