Excellent service, initially I was thinking about letting the house but decided to sell so I had dealings with both sales and lettings departments. Making the choice to sell the house with Elmsleys it was a great experience from start to end. The valuation was spot on and managed to agree a sale in just 6 days being on the market. Victoria who did the valuation and initiated the sale was great and very professional. but the ladies who handled the case in the Rothwell office were amazing! Maria Hamill was friendly, understanding and extremely helpful dealing with our queries while the case was with the solicitors. Her contact was fantastic making sure that all the queries were answered and we understand the process. I would highly recommend Emsleys and especially the Rothwell office. Thank you for your help
