I hate California. I need to move...taking away the mint products. Stupid liberals.

All as expected!

The juice that I had purchased on the website displays in the photo that the product contains tobacco-derrived nicotine. In reality, a scroll down would tell you that it is synthetic. This is false advertising. I requested a refund, but was very rudely told no by the customer service manager, Cynthia. They told me it was clear that it was synthetic nicotine. How is contradictory information that states it is authentic and synthetic at the same time clear at all?

Product never came.

Fast shipping. Only issue is one of the disposable vapes stopped working in a day or two, and there are no returns or refunds for them. Otherwise, no complaints.

They have a wide variety of items and the website was easy-enough to navigate and place my order. However, that is where the good-times stopped. I placed my order early on December 10th, and it was packaged and shipped out that night. It is now December 27th - Route Protection still says; 'waiting for order information' and this weird tracking link shipped through some WHC thing says my package is in Ohio? Why can I order Delta 8/9/10 products from a reputable company out of Indiana, and they ship USPS and it is at my door in 2-4 days, but I try to order Nicotine based products out of California and it has to be shipped weirdly? Do yourself a favor; unless you are on the west coast, do NOT order products from this company. You could realistically drive to California from the east coast, pick it up and drive back and still be back before the shipment would get to you. Again, I know the laws are weird, but if a company shipping Delta 8/9/10 products can use USPS, then so can Element Vape.

My go to place to restock on anything related to my vape. I get sidetracked often because of the new gadgets, or new thanks. What keeps me coming back to this company is their fast shipping. It’ll say it will arrive at a certain day, and sometimes I get my package earlier. Love this company!

Horrendous experience with this company. Ordered, shipped, no updates since the 20th of December. No updates or actual way of tracking my order. Big red flag, don’t order from them, they just steal your money.

Placed order on 12/4. Still waiting on 12/21. Tracking shows they attempted delivery at 8:35 pm on 12/20 but our Ring video shows my husband outside at that time. No one else was around. I’ve waited a ridiculous amount of time for this delivery. If it was attempted, I’d love to know what the next step is.

I never got my item

I've ordered 15 times from Element Vape since 2020 and always get my order. With the recent changes Uncle Sam put in place preventing vape being shipped via USPS there is a longer wait time on shipping especially if you are on the East Coast. The last 2 times I did reach out to them because the tracking numbers never update, they responded back in a timely manor. Just have to be patient when ordering vape online now. It doesn't matter if you are ordering from EV or some other vape store, unless they are local its going to be a wait time. Just be patient! I always get what I ordered. Last order was place Nov 1st 2024 and I received it Nov 15th 2024. I think we all just get spoiled by Amazon shipping and forget what real shipping can feel like. Patience!! Order a few weeks before your juice supply gets low and you'll be golden!

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to making a purchase. They are frauds! I entered the discount code for free shipping and it would not take. I placed an order over $100, and they still refused to credit my account, or reimburse me the shipping cost. Instead of having semi-decent customer service, they ensured I will never spend my money with them again! The lied about processing time! Had I known they weren’t going to ship until two-three weeks later, I would have cancelled the order prior to it leaving. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! LITERALLY SHOP ANY WHERE ELSE!

I ordered on Dec 3, 2024 and the 'tracking' says it was shipped. It is now December 17th and it still only shows 'shipping'. This is the worst online store experience I've seen. They're claiming it ships from them to a shipping hub, maybe directly from China? For claming such good reviews, I'm wondering if those are fake too.

Fast Shipping! Products I ordered were exact replacements of what I wanted at half the price I paid at my vape shop that closed! Thank you! I recommend and will use again!

I down loaded the app to track my package and still can't track it this is very disappointing

I received a completely different item from what i purchased. When I contacted customer support they refused to accept a return for a refund. Apart from my item being incorrect it was also soaking wet inside. Very unprofessional from their part.

Package never delivered. Refused refund. Customer service doesn’t answer. I will be reaching out to my states attorney general

This is my go to online place for vape supplies. I've been using them for almost three years now, ordering from them at least once a month and they've never let me down. They have a huge selection of vape juice, MODs, coils, tanks, as well as Delta 8 & 9 stuffs. They ship out unbelievably quick as well. Thank you Element Vape, you rock.

Well the tracking number says here today by USPS and my mail already went and it is not there so where is it I don't appreciate getting lied to about it supposedly going to be here today

Arrived broken. Gave as a gift and person was surprised alright! Glass shattered. Contacted customer service and they said it wasn't reported within 48 hours. I wouldn't have known as it was presented with trust. Unfortunately not the best quality and seems sketchy.
