Easy to order online

The requirement for receiving my order is my signature and proof of ID. However, the driver insists on scanning my driver license. That is very uncomfortable to release my personal information. Now I try to cancel the product. I have emailed the company twice and still waited for the response.

The coupon codes on top to the site doesn't work

Your check out said you couldn’t confirm my age and showed it wouldn’t let me order but yet you’re sending anyway. In fact it cleared the screen and gave NO indication that My order was processed or cancelled! Not very happy with your check out!

I had a small bit of trouble with my cart, NO BIG DEAL!! I got thru it ok. After I ordered, I read the shipping details. I was a bit nervous as it said that the shipping time amounted to extra due to trucking and second carrier. I just got an update and expected delivery by USPS IS 12/09/2024 and I ordered on 12/04//024. That is fast shipping from California to Pennsylvania!

Element vape is ok, this company does not update shipping information you have to rely on a 3rd party app that doesn't help. When you receive information it's late, plan on a 2 week shipping time even if you order Monday morning.

Fairly easy to use app. Could use some help in search menu. Very confusing if you don’t know the exact name of the product.

Website is ultra snail-like slow which makes placing a complex order extremely difficult.... waiting and waiting for stuff to populate. Shipping is slow af as well BUTT these guys always deliver highest quality authentic products and the selection is so dynamic its a one stop shop for my hemp and vape needs. Therefore I deal with the turtle like b.s. cause Im saving money by getting both in one spot.

As a repeat customer for vape products, I really value the wide range of quality products available. I favor the Vaporesso brand and have enjoyed finding their units at reasonable prices and the replacement coils. Decided to buy a starter kit for the Vaporesso GTX One after using/buying TarotNanos for appox the last 7 years. They have great battery life (2 units still going strong) but always seem to fail in same way with losing a little screw or two and then needing to use tape or rubber bands to hold the unit together/closed! Now the top of my tank wants to randomly pop off even tho screwed down as tight as possible. But that's minimal considering the wear/tear I can put on a vape unit... and dropped the Nanos soooo many times and expected a busted tank but it has NEVER broke & survived falls to wood, tile, concrete and pavement!?! I trust Vaporesso's craftsmanship and quality and really excited to try another of their products and was happy to find it on Element Vape and at a bargain. Element's website is easy/user friendly and I've always experienced prompt, hassle-free, safe & secure shipping.

I order from here all the time I like Element vape if you have any problems with an order they will make it right and you receive your orders really quick. The only thing is I wish they would offer more coupons. But other than that I would highly recommend Element Vape to everyone.

I did not place this order, it was still in my shopping cart. I logged into my account and could not see how to cancel the order and when I searched for customer service, it took me to more vapes.

Checking out was difficult. Kept getting a pop up saying internal error and to try again. Good thing I stopped and checked my email because U received a email stating the purchase went through. I did though try twice before checking so hoping this purchase only went through once m.

Everything was great from ordering online to timely shipping. I just bought another 100 dollars worth of stuff that makes my total to 300 in 2 purchases. And I will keep buying more.
