Wasn't pleasant or smooth. Removed promotion early while trying to check out had to split orders and cost me my re doing that. Now may have to redo part or cancel and redo. It was frustrating it showed discounts/ free shipping only at 120 even though should have been fine at 110/111 multiple times tried added another to get $8 off for 111. Search was worse, truly gave up went to brand then links from mods... Search results for Argus a pod showed. 400+ results all but it and it's separate tank that takes ito coils. Selection options for colors was good is the reason I kept at it. Instead of 140 ended up at 170 split local order + this one due to the xros promo disappeared and adding to get free shipping was 30 all alone

Bruh these scammers tried to scam me to get discreet shipping for $105 when I paid for shipping. Give me my money back!!!!

While I was able to find an option for everything I was looking for, there were quite a few things I would have liked to try that were out of stock. That being said, I was able to find everything I needed... some of which I couldn't find in local shops or even on other online retailers. The products I've received so far have all worked great. I can't wait to try the new tank I ordered along with the coils to test out TC mode on my new mod when those two things get here!

I found what I was looking for and the ease of ordering is what I like about doing business with element.

The prices are great, also they carry my go to juice and vape, so I come back. The website is dial up era slow, which is fine. The design of the site isn't taking that into consideration so a lot of time things get hung up and jumbled the process. That's fine if you slow down and lower your expectations. My gripe is with the checkout process having paid shopping as selected option and not the free shipping. By the end of browsing the sloth of a website, I am so rushed to get it over with and forget to triple check and some things are not selected correctly. Don't know if it's intentional, like the "subscribe to email" checkmark, but if it's not, hope they change that. People go online for good deals expecting delay vs money paid as a trade off, so having rushed delivery as a priority/default selection isn't ideal. Maybe it's just me, and it's only 8 bucks, but it's money I didn't need to spend.

Selection is usually decent. Prices always fantastic. Web site is a little sluggish.

The website is very easy to use. However, I had a lot of difficulty trying to finish and place the order. After 12 hours, an inquiry to your help desk and changing credit cards twice, it finally managed to go through. Not sure what the issue was but it finally went through even after the website said, "internal server issue".
