Great prices and variety
Great prices and variety. But the checkout process is very unclear. I got the email saying my points have been updated. Yet the page I placed my order on goes back to the place order screen. Usure if my order was recieved and making it easy to place the same order twice.

I was trying to use my American....
I was trying to use my American express... it errrored multiple times in a row... so I used my bank card which was annoying but it worked. My American express now has over $800 in pending charges from element vape... I am extremely upset

I’ve been purchasing from element vape for about 3 years now. My orders have always arrived in a timely manner. One time I made a purchase that wasn’t what I meant to buy and they immediately took care of it, I sent the product back and they gave me a refund immediately. Excellent service and product pricing.
