If you can’t purchase vape products IN person, forget trying to get them shipped. Element Vape is a huge fail!

I have ordered 3 times from Element Vape because prices and variety were good but each time shipping quality from them wrapping packages decreased... the last purchase on 2/4/2025 was left in my mailbox by USPS quite aromatic of what it was meant to be... un cool!!!! I notified the company via email which is the only way I can find to talk to them... I emailed them over 1 time regarding this ... finding stale product from broke packaging of single products inside... so haphazard and careless they are about this I have begun ordering from another company now.. 1 star is a stretch for the service they provide in preparing their products for shipping and customer service in the pre shipping checking process.

Great selection and prices but delivery is expensive, they make you get an insurance and It takes 7-20 days before It even arrives. If you are offering free shipping It should be free shipping for usps priority like every other business. I stoped using them unless I have a ton of time to burn and wait for products.

It took to long for delivery. Also no tracking information...

Been over a month and I still have not received my order customer service and the tracking is useless

Used to be very fast shipping but the current shipping system is beyond atrocious... I've been an EV customer for almost 8 years. Something has changed in the last 5-6 months and they've now lost me as a customer. I placed a $72 order 12 days ago, spent $15 on shipping and handling and as of this morning, it is on its THIRD DAY in the Dallas area (which is still 300 miles from here). It took over a week before the order even left California. It'll be interesting to see how long it takes the package to make it this last 300 miles. There's very little value in spending an extra $15 to get something that takes 2 weeks to get here with a nicotine habit to feed... I'm going back to supporting local businesses.

Sold me nearly expired vapes. I bought the mystery vape pack expecting better quality than this. And of course they say they can't do anything about/all sales final. So just a warning to anyone else thinking about buying the mystery packs. You could land yourself some nearly expired supplies. Might as well call it the clearance pack instead.

Ordered on 2/11/25 and order stuck in NJ since 2/17/25. Route will refund through PayPal or Venmo only, neither of which I have so I am out over $112. Pissed consumer. Finally received my order after numerous contact with Element and after I posted my online complaint. Order was fulfilled but all in all I waited over a month and only received my order after multiple requests.

I recently ordered several bottles of e liquid from element vapes and one was orange on color, one was a year old, and one was listed as being 70/30 blend and when I examined it upon arrival, to my dismay it was 60/40! They ripped me off so I won't be using that site again unless they will send me a picture(s) of the item in great detail describing the product, and we all know that me spending a couple hundred a month or every 2 weeks isn't gonna motivate them to do that. So my message to all you vapers is if you buy from element you may be taking a risk due to their lack of respect for what they do or of their loyal customers! Vape on! But do it safely! Use a site that promotes safety and honesty in their tactics and descriptions as a website selling potentially harmful chemicals. This is no joke when some of these companies bottle this stuff it's virtually clear if not completely. So if you are vaping e liquid that is darker than a Ritz cracker or turning orange...IT HAS EXPIRED....YOU ARE POISONING YOURSELF! This is how vaping gets a bad image, ppl just want to sell it no matter how old it is. BE SAFE! Like I said VAPE ON! Don't use element vapes, they are kinda like a carnival when it comes to the vape sites, don't know what your gonna get when u win(open your pkg). Vapor DNA has never let me down, just a suggestion as an alternative!?!?
