Product selection is great, some things were out of stock but there is a lot. Shipping was fast but driver dropped it off on my doorstep, no signature or even a knock, that's a local usps issue. My order was filled slightly wrong. I ordered a 2G cart but was sent a 3.5g disposable of the same brand/liquid. I assume they subbed it because they didn't have the cart, had I been informed of the change I would have given 5 stars. Also some of the products packaging came in dirty, like they were sitting in a dirty warehouse. Still, the deeply discounted pricing makes the hiccups completely acceptable.

I’ve been ordering from y’all quite often and very pleased with my orders. Wish they didn’t take so long to arrive. None the less I think y’all are awesome. I do have a couple of friends who vape and I have shared my thoughts about y’all to them and how they should order online with you.

Extremely long lead times for orders to be shipped and delivered, took 3 days just for a lable to be printed for my order it's been over a week now and it still hasn't been shipped from the shop.

First off, I’ve ordered from them many times. A recent purchase was Valyrian coils, I believe I bought five packs of them which contained two coils per pack. For whatever reason they tasted burned and were hitting really weird, so I’d change it. Same thing, tasted weird, burnt quickly. Same thing with my husband when he’d change his coil. I messaged them and they said they couldn’t help us… idk I spent $70 plus on coils and they didn’t even work correctly, I thought they would offer something considering I’ve purchased from them many times before. Told them that was fine but I’d never order from them again. Any type of olive branch would have been appreciated but nothing. THEN my dumb a needed a new vape. Decided to order this cute little geek vape from them knowing i probably shouldn’t… and it randomly turns off and sometimes when i hit the button it doesn’t turn on. Yes I tried tightening the coil, none of that works. I never messaged them telling them this due to my last experience but that was the final straw. No more ordering from here. I find, for whatever reason, the products are sub par and they lack in customer service even for return customers.

I have been loyal to this company given they have very reasonable prices. I fortunately the reasonable prices cannot make up for the fact that their shipping company usually ends up returning to sender. I don’t think they even try to deliver. I e set up appointments for delivery multiple times and they just don’t show up. It’s infuriating to take time out of your day to help facilitate a delivery just to be blown off by the delivery service On top of that they charge you the delivery fee even if the shipment gets returned. Insult to injury. I will not order from element vape again. You’ve been warned.

Every time I place an order I pay seven dollars because supposedly a signature is required. I have ordered from you numerous times, I have never had to sign for the delivery. I realize this is probably a legal issue, and you are charging me seven dollars and pretending to comply. However, I would like a credit of some sort, since it’s a scam and no one ever asks me for a signature anyway I’m very disappointed. You don’t need to charge seven dollars if you’re not actually gonna get a signature when the stuff is delivered. It is a scam and it makes me angry.

I ordered “og puffco peak pro” atomizers from their website site and the regular puffco atomizers showed up. Now it’s not even listed on their site.

I placed an order and received confirmation, and an hour later, they sent another email stating that it was ready to ship. Super fast.

I placed my order 3 days ago, no update to my order it still hasn't shipped although I was forced to pay $8 for express shipping that's the only shipping option offered. And after this experience I definitely will not be making anymore purchases!
