Requested and was approved refund. RMA 1697953 has been with Ebuyer for over 3 weeks, no follow up, return emails or calls, number rings busy and they’ve changed their portal so my previous order details don’t show nor returns. I’m in limbo and will be seeking fraud refund via my bank

Great company, great people - it will be missed. Last order on the 1/8/25 was handled perfectly and efficiently as usual - such an easy to use website and good pricing - all gone ... for hair straighteners???

Laptop was well priced. Plenty of options to choose from on the site and all easily laid out. Delivery was good.

Never had a bad experience with Ebuyer! The same can't be said for plenty of other similar companies so all I can do is recommend them for now!

My 15 year old son used his birthday money to pay for a computer monitor on 1st August 2025 also paying additional fees for faster delivery(2-3working days). No monitor arrived. He emailed them to be advised there were delays and he would get an update in 48hrs but after no update he requested a full refund. This has been completely ignored no NO response, NO goods delivered and NO Refund... Disgusting way to treat a young customer. I have emailed them myself and if this is not resolved will be reported to the appropriate regulatory body and I shall seek legal advice for which I have cover.

I am still waiting on my parcel after they closed the doors I ordered on the 5th of August and it was dispatched and that is as far as it got. Ebuyer is now under control of liquidators and I have emailed them for a claim form so I can possibly get my money back. I have so far got no email. It's a shame as Ebuyer never let me down, even when I spent £2000 pounds to build my own PC. I hope to get a reply from this!

I've been using Ebuyer for many years for my business as well as personal purchases for computer and spare parts such as hard drive and RAM for our computers and NAS. Unfortunately a few months ago I purchased some drives for our company's NAS and one of the drives was broken. The RMA process was begun and I used the provided courier (DPD) to return the drive. DPD have lost the item and after several weeks customer services have stopped responding.

Can't fault them. Quick easy transaction, quick delivery, I would recommend 👍

We order a product and we didn’t receive it we try to contact them multiple times but it feels like they are scammer and we got scammed

I previously brought stuff from Ebuyer not anymore the website is now awful gone is the ability to find companents and spec a PC RIP ebuyer like all the place the frasers buy they seem determined to run it into the ground.

This company abandoned me after spending thousands with them by suddenly stopping supplying UK companies based in Northern Ireland. I had to close my company.

Ordered a laptop for my daughter on the 8th as shes starting at University next week. On the 11th ebuyer declared they had gone bust so they have taken the money for the laptop but wont give me the laptop, Its criminal that they can do this. I shouldn't have ordered from them in the first place! They didn't even send the laptop out the next day on the 9th well before they declared bankruptcy! That is the last time we order anything off the internet.

I would have originally given a 5 star review but Frasier's group RUINED the company and burned it down. For the past several years all they sold on there was PC's, Laptops, PC/Laptop components along with digital storage products, networking, printers and CCTV systems. Now the only part of that they even sell is the bottom of the barrel Windows laptops that now are ALL being bundled with cheapo chinese garbage mice and carry cases and some bundles even have printers such as the cheapest printer bundle being £269.99 for a cheapo laptop with the free pound shop mouse and carry case and some bottom of the barrel printer The whole site is now only selling TWO Windows devices above £500 and one of them is an all in one desktop but both are under £600 and the next cheapest PC item after that is a bunch of macbook laptops they have newly started selling because I never remember them selling Apple products before and those all start at above £1K. They also overnight happened to somehow add a HUGE selection of IKEA dupe office desks to their site with a freaking 64 different desks all for under £50. and even for monitors they only have THREE of them on their site and now they also happen to have a wide selection of Apple products, games consoles and TV's/Home Cinema products as well as kitchen and self grooming appliances all of a sudden too like as if they had the whole site prepared the day before the final deal went through and all they had to do was change the domain name once they got a hold of the original one. Nothing related to PC's is being sold here now besides garbage Windows laptops and Apple mac products as well as THREE monitors and 100 garbage IKEA style desks. The only printers they sell are only sold bundled with bottom of the barrel laptops with a combined value of a couple hundred quid same for the pound shop mice and they do not do other types of peripherals no more or any PC components or networking and CCTV equipment or digital storage solutions etc... I recently shopped from them too last month and lost access to my OG eBuyer account so I have no invoices in case I need to claim a warranty of something I purchased recently

Beware!Do not waste your money and time here! I bought a vga card and it was faulty. It was sent back for replacement but no communication and replacement i received at all since they are in administration..I am trying to get a refund but no phone lines are active, they changed their website and deleted all my account details incl. my prev. orders. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL BUY FROM THEM.
