My 15 yr old ripped off. Monitor not delivered and refund request ignored
My 15 year old son used his birthday money to pay for a computer monitor on 1st August 2025 also paying additional fees for faster delivery(2-3working days). No monitor arrived. He emailed them to be advised there were delays and he would get an update in 48hrs but after no update he requested a full refund. This has been completely ignored no NO response, NO goods delivered and NO Refund... Disgusting way to treat a young customer. I have emailed them myself and if this is not resolved will be reported to the appropriate regulatory body and I shall seek legal advice for which I have cover.
