I already left a review. Why are you asking anyway, when I cancelled because of your lies that item shipped when it was not, then said no ETA could be given, then refused refund!

Haven't received the item - despite paying for early delivery. Turns out there was an issue in the warehouse but was only made aware of this after I messaged the business to find out where my parcel was. Poor communications and frustrating given the fact I paid more for quicker delivery.

Product was deliverd a day early!

I ordered a monitor on next day delivery. It was delayed but they didn’t tell me until the day after. I was told it would be resolved and shipped within 48 hours. It has since been 72 hours I’ve not even been told anything more. Exceptionally poor service and communication, will never be ordering from here again

Ordered a product on next day delivery got an email saying security mesures what to check its Legit rang them straight giving them the security details they requested said I had to wait for them to confirm with the payment issuer I have no problem with them with payments 2 days later get email saying payment processed 2 days later no delivery when it was ordered as next day delivery for a Birthday present this Company are a disgrace and I will never buy from them again ever I have never been so disgusted with a company on buying an item if I could give rating how j want to it would be NEGATIVE 5 STARS Disgusting

Needed a new hard drive this week due to a failure on server ordered a 22tb as ebuyer claimed free next day delivery, got to gone 6 on the day got email delivery delayed we are busy so I contacted there customer service email asking will it be tomorrow come Tuesday night no drive contacted there Facebook and customer service email again asking will it be wednesday still no reply contacted them Thursday morning and cancelled rang another supplier up told them and they said shocking we will send this for tomorrow no extra worked out £20 cheaper so have just opened a business account with them for the school I work at and sod ebuyer I've used them since at least 2015 never again.

I took advantage of Ebuyer's order by 8 (20:00) for next day delivery and it worked. I placed my order about 19:15 and an hour later I received the dispatch order. Delivery was by DPD so, using their app, I could follow my package to my door next day. Very pleased.

Purchased a gtx 5060ti, used 20% welcome code and got the 20 pound first purchase deal! Cost went down from almost 500 quid to 399. Purchase complete! Or so I thought, they cancled the order and claimed even though their inventory was wrong, we entered a contract.. they failed to supply, and unilaterally cancled my order and ignored consumer rights in relation to an accepted order. This CONpany is the worst... scummy, scammy, and absolute con artists. Update, states they don't offer any codes on their site yet they had a coupon code for 20% off using *WELCOME* code. How can you lie?!

Purchased an ATX Gaming Motherboard on 25th July, paid for the express postage £4.99 to have it arrive by next business day. Item didn't arrive next business day, was told it would arrive by 4th August at the latest - nearly 2 weeks after the order. Contacted ebuyer on the 5th August, item was still 'awaiting dispatch'. They had no idea what was going on. Requested a refund and was told that they needed to contact the warehouse before they could do this. What has happened to ebuyer? Whatever it is, it wont affect me again as I won't be using their website or business from now on.

I placed my order with you for Kingston 1Tb external drive as a guest. Then decided to register with you, as I was attracted by your pricing. Registration and opening an account was easy to undertake. I was surprised to see my pre registration order had already shown on my new account with you. Delivery was a surprise, 4 days early!

Product is very good, and website easy to use. I paid extra for next day delivery, but delivery was delayed with no explanation or updates from DHL. Pity, but all sorted now.
