The man I spoke to was so nice and explained things really well what I was unsure about, he was very professional and so nice and polite.
Lisa was really helpful throughout the duration of my claim, she always reassured me whenever I was worried and continued to have my best interest at heart. Really appreciate all the help and couldn’t thank her enough!!
I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

Absolute joke of a company. I had a car accident 2 1/2 years ago, ( other driver accepted full liability ) claim still not been settled. Had three different case handlers now , and no one seems to get back to you , or offer any updates or information . Now been threatened with the 3 year time limit might expire and the case be closed !! Due to their lack of response time .... Uploaded all documentation they have asked for ,, on several occasions now ( somehow they go missing ?!) Uploaded All Medical Records / Medical Reports , time off work to attend appointments ,,, Final settlement offer , has been worked out and calculated , , but i doubt they will submit it to the third party insurance ,,, for settlement. I AM the victim and the injured party and has caused inconvenience and stress , and now it doesn't look like it will resolved at all . !! No compensation at all, might be the outcome ..!! makes me feel like im a criminal !!! Churchill will be getting a phonecall from me ,, ( as DLG act on their behalf legally ) mentioning every case handler my name and their incompetence to sort this ,,, and a formal complaint being made , Absolutey nightmare , from the start ,,, I will be taking this further

I would never recommend this group. I had an accident in 3 1/2 years ago, my claim has just been settled. I know it takes a long time but a lot of the delay was due to DLG Legal services. My portal had faults so I couldn't upload information/documents to them ever. I had to rely on sending communication and documentation directly to my case handler, which were ignored or took an eternity to answer. They did nothing to fix this even when I asked them to. I had over 5 different case handlers. E mails were ignored. Essential documentation was mislaid by DLG which affected my final payout. I even resent it to them but they did not send it to the other side. It reached a point where a complaint was placed against on case handler.

I recently had an interview regarding my personal injury claim conducted by Faisal Iqbal, and I was very impressed with how it was handled. Faisal was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also made me feel comfortable and heard throughout the entire interview. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I truly appreciated the support I received.

I am so grateful to DLG for providing such a wonderfully professional and supportive service to me following a car accident some years ago now. They provided me with the excellent legal representation of Lucy Flynn who advised me and guided me through the myriad processes of collecting medical evidence to support my claim. She was at all times accessible, made me feel listened to and valued my feelings. She humanised a process which had mostly felt like I was just a job rather than a person. She consistently took the time to clarify the pros and cons of each stage of the process and her caring support throughout was invaluable to me. I cannot stress enough how important it was to me to have a person who I could always contact, always followed through on anything agreed in our discussions, never made me feel a nuisance, always explained why each stage of the process was necessary and constantly encouraged me with her upbeat yet always professional and well-considered advice.
