Lisa was really helpful throughout the duration of my claim, she always reassured me whenever I was worried and continued to have my best interest at heart. Really appreciate all the help and couldn’t thank her enough!!
I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

HOW CAN I LEAVE -5 DLG have got to be the most incompetent company on the planet ! A complete waste of time, direct line use this company and its the second time I've had to be involved with them. This second time a delivery scooter crashed into the side of me when I was parked,no engine running as I'd just got in,had a witness also parked behind me and damage was on the front and side of car and scooter rider said I reversed into him??? 2 years on and DLG still haven't bothered with the claim. I think their company should be suspended from operating and I am seeking legal advise about the insurance Ombudsman getting involved IVE HAD ENOUGH !!!!

Myself and my family had a serious car accident and churchill gave our case to DLG. They have had my case since 2020 I am at the final stages of my claim they just need to value it. My claim handler at first was excellent and prompt sorted all my appointments etc the issue started when my case was taken back in house with DLG. A specific team has looked at my file and said it needs to go to them but they dont answer my claim handlers emails and they have had the file since July it has not progressed from there I keep getting told that they are very busy and cant take my file on. I have tried to do everything, I have complained and got no response I have followed all of the procedures I have been asked to and still I get no updates as there are none to give I am as in the dark as my claim handler This is an internal issue that unfortunately no one seems to care about. I would not recommend these at all, totally unprofessional when it gets to the later part of my claim. My claim handler has been excellent but when they are as frustrated as me that nothing is being done it shows issues with internal communication.

Absolutely shocking still ongoing with a claim, ask for an update and they copy and paste an old email as a response. Asked to fill basic information out which they should have from the beginning. Can’t believe Churchill use this back street solicitor company.

3 years on and still did not resolve the claim of a car hitting my car and causing myself injury. Argumentative and dishonest they come out with after me going the extra mile for work they promised me they have done with a follow up apology letter Claim they don't have any of my data and then claim they posted it. Zero communication about issues sending data. They have tiped my health over the edge You try and complain and they start to threaten you Everyone on here needs to reach out to the legal ombudsman They have so many disgusting complaints they should be shut down

DLG claim they carried out certain work, however upon myself contacting the organisation of the employee who hit my car, there is no trace of DLG contacting them.

‘Legal Services’ but do know anything about GDPR laws. 3 years on and still harassing my family over a case that they didn’t even SOLVE or act upon. They were ‘Instructed’ to collect payment for a claim THAT DID NOT EVEN HAPPEN. Sending letters of harassment, payment and threatening with a Court process. This company, looking at their reviews SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! They have no idea what they are doing and I will be taking them down with a legal letter if they do not stop with their harassment. Please save yourself the headache and AVOID at all costs.

The firm was commission by our home insurance company, to pursue a very straightforward litigation to recover a large sum of funds from a rogue garage door trader. DLG began very positive about the potential in the case, not least because of the substantial and unequivocal real evidence and even an expert opinion that supported our case. However, DLG couldn’t have botched the case up anymore even if they tried. DLG and it’s long succession of different solicitors who were supposedly representing our case, have all failed to move the case forward from the standard early litigation stages. The only thing that DLG have achieved is a remarkable length of procrastination and contradicting their own advice and recommendations, including advising that we sought an expert assessment of the door, and to only later judge the assessment to be inadmissible. The reasons for which DLG claimed it had missed certain points, but in fact the assessment had clearly covered those particular points, and DLG had actually missed them. We cannot warn anyone to not use DLG, we have now reported the firm for solicitor negligences to the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Standards board.

It's a shame that I have to give them a star at all , if there was a option to leave negative stars, I would! They ignore their clients and there service is absolutely horrendous. Worse company ever! Stay away from them! Hopefully they will be shut down shortly for their incompetence's

After complaining in August about the utter rudeness and then complete ignoring of me, I was promised weekly updates, however it is not really that surprising that this promise has also been broken. Middle and Senior Management have no idea of the impact such lack of a professional approach has on their clients. for your health do not use this company

I helped a friend with her case, and she was using this firm. They were incompetent, rude, slipshod, and ineffective. The case took literally years longer than it should have, and the settlement was much smaller than anyone could have imagined. Dealing with DLG became as unpleasant as with an adversary. If you are claiming legal costs from Direct Line, I believe you can hire any other solicitor, and I would be surprised if you could do any worse.
