The man I spoke to was so nice and explained things really well what I was unsure about, he was very professional and so nice and polite.
Lisa was really helpful throughout the duration of my claim, she always reassured me whenever I was worried and continued to have my best interest at heart. Really appreciate all the help and couldn’t thank her enough!!
I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

I had the good fortune to have had Maryam Farhan-Quddusi allocated to my case after another legal employee in this company decided that my claim wasn’t worth perusing because the chances of success were negligible. Enter Maryam....who secured an ‘ acceptance of liability ‘ from the business I was suing and very early on in proceedings. She has worked tirelessly; her level of communication has been really impressive in terms of keeping me up to date with the progress of my case and explaining everything in a clear, precise and easy to follow ‘language’. I found her professionalism exemplary but if I could sum up Maryam’s work ethic in just one word ( well, apart from all the above words) -it would be tenacious. I was happy with my settlement. Job done. Thank you Maryam .

My first case handler wasn’t very good at all. Lack of communication and I was always chasing emails and updates. My case was then handed over to Zareen who has been very helpful the whole way through to the settlement of my claim. She always responded to an email and often phoned to give updates on my claim. Without Zareen I would not have ended up with the outcome that I did and I’m more than happy with the settlement. Many thanks to Zareen Riaz

Rubbish. Most companies use these guys as part of the package deals with insurance. So buy home insurance and get legal protection included. However they are so rubbish you will be wasting your money. They can't even deal with the most trivial of legal issues

I was insured through Churchill, I was hit by an uninsured driver in June 2021it was completely his fault, it is now 2024 and it’s still unresolved. I paid for legal cover, DLG Legal took on the case, as DLG are part of the same group as Churchill I thought it was a good thing, how wrong can someone be! Long periods with no communication, poor communication when it came, a letter telling me how much they charge. If they drag it out do they get more money? I just want it over with, I don’t how to make that happen. James took on the case in February 2022 and only seems to do anything when I email. I’m out of pocket, Churchill were quick to implement my excess. 31 months and counting!

Throughout the 4 years of my claim DLG and Ruchi Fowle in particular was a great help. I went in without any previous legal dealings and felt things were explained easily and clearly to me and handle with care and understanding of my situation. The worst insurance company ever ,the experience with Dlg was worse than the crash ,over 3 years and still not been paid my Compensation, the lack of accountability is shocking. Avoid at all costs ,I'm with the ombudsman now to sort my claim out

My insurance company instructed DLG Legal services to handle my claim following a car accident. The claim was ongoing for 3 years with constant delays due to Covid implications, however Riah Sattar my claim handler was fantastic throughout and I can't recommend her enough. I can only imagine how many cases she has to handle at one given time, however Riah always left me feeling completely reassured and her attention to detail was outstanding.
