The man I spoke to was so nice and explained things really well what I was unsure about, he was very professional and so nice and polite.
Lisa was really helpful throughout the duration of my claim, she always reassured me whenever I was worried and continued to have my best interest at heart. Really appreciate all the help and couldn’t thank her enough!!
I have had a really good experience with DLG Legal Services. Always prompt with their communication and well informed. Dealt with a few people within the team and they have all been great. Recently Graham Dent dealt with the case and he was also very good and professional.

I was hit by a van who admitted from day 1 they fell asleep at the wheel. It took DLG almost 2 years of slow or no responses to my emails, bad or lacking legal advice to get me £90 in compensation, after I had paid my own UK medical insurance with the compensation they badly negotiated. I received a response from their complaints department acknowledging sub standard service and a £50 cheque for my troubles. Avoid this provider like the plague. Awful.
DLG Legal Services Ltd have been superb from the start. They effectively communicated with us immediately at the start of using their services, were prompt with responding to any correspondence we sent and kept us reliably informed at all times. We would recommend their services.
Where do I start with Janet? She is by far the most genuine, honest, and communicative professional I've had the pleasure of working with. Really friendly really made me feel at ease
I am now on my 5th handler, after a car accident which was the fault of a lorry driver. It is approaching the 3 year deadline, and after requesting a call 3 times now, I have an email stating I need to pay out 4K ahead of settlement. I am already out of pocket due to having to buy a new car. DO NOT RECOMMEND. What a mess.
I have used DLG for my personal claim after a road collision and Irfan has been magical. He managed to get me more than I was expecting and he was explaining to me all the steps as I never had to do a claim before. He kept in contact with me and update me all the time. My claim was two years and he was always honest and reliable. I 100% recommend.
If i could put zero rating I would. Briefly: I was run into (head on) whilst parked up in December 2022. I suffered whiplash, diagnosed by the hospital. Churchill insurance referred me to DLG to handle the claim. The third party obviously admitted liability. DLG sent me to a doctor (Feb 20230) whose report confirmed whiplash using the words "exceptional" when rating the degree of severity and recovery. Over the two years I have had two handlers, monthly updates are promised, rubbish. Churchill insurance compensated me after I complained to them as a apology (6 month ago) but still no better. The third party insurance even claimed the medical report was not done by a reputable doctor?. I emailed DLG last month explaining how all this was causing my anxiety and stress but still no response. This is why I am writing this review to explain to someone how I feel and to maybe help DLG (because obviously they read reviews ?) recognise how their lack of attention effects people. I am again going to mail DLG and Churchill, then the Ombusdsman. I am unable to receive calls today. I have emailed the handler stating email as a preference. Also can they send attachments in a normal format which can be opened without extra software.
Diane has been amazing. She was professional and honest, she helped me understand the legal terminology and process. There were times that I was thinking of quitting the case but Diane’s professional advice and guidance helped me carry on. When taking on a legal battle, it is very challenging for you and you need a professional on your side. In Diane, I had not only a professional lawyer but I felt I also had a a person I could trust deeply, that I could talk to and who listened to me.
