They do not honour their 100% money-back guarantee if not satisfied
I wish it were possible to leave a negative number of stars! Mistakes happen but reputable companies do what they promise - DIY-Artclub does not. We ordered a product from DIY-ARTCLUB on 19/12/2025 intending it to be given as a Christmas gift. We received it on 30/12/2025 however it was badly damaged and not fit to be given as a gift. On 5/01/2026 we emailed requesting a full refund in line with their guarantee “100% Money-Back Guarantee if You’re Not Satisfied”. They requested photos - we sent multiple photos, from all angles, outside and inside. They responded that we were outside of their 14 day return period, which we were not. They acknowledged that the packaging (not the product box) was damaged during transit, but bizarrely claimed that the product was completely undamaged, although the product box was badly crushed and the canvas inside creased. They then sent us instructions for flattening the canvas which were not relevant as we had already rejected the product based on the crushed box, which was intended as a gift. They have a clear & unambiguous “100% money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied”. We are not satisfied and have asked repeatedly for a full refund. Do not be fooled by the sophisticated website. Beware. We strongly advise you avoid these people. UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE BELOW FROM DIT ARTCLUB… I sent almost exactly the same message to them on messenger, which they have ignored. You should be aware that their responses are always a model of politeness. Do not be fooled. They do not honour their 100% money back guarantee
