Dixons Erdington, are a subsidiary of Countrywide run from their Warwick office. They provided abysmal management of my property. They missed 10 inspections over 5 years, lost the original contract, failed to handle tenant communications and their convoluted processes lead to repeated mistakes. Manager Raza Muhammad ignored my correspondence, was borderline aggressive when spoken to on the phone (the single time he spoke to me) and failed to provide the requested Terms of Business or confirm a move-out inspection, leaving me unaware of my property’s condition for re-letting. The branch was inexplicably closed during opening hours when I arrived to collect my keys, despite prior notification. The complaints department then made a series of derisory compensation offers putting their own interests before their customers. Completely unprofessional, always act like they’re doing you a favour, despite the fact you pay them for services they fail to fulfil. Use the lettings services if you are content that the Terms of Business you sign will be lost and misrepresented at every opportunity so they don’t have to do their job. Terrible.
Harassed my sister with multiple relentless calls after we went with another local estate agent for the sale of my mother’s house after her death. Despite telling them we were in a contract with another estate agent they did not stop and my sister blocked them.
Had arranged two viewings through Dixons (Quinton) - for the first viewing the agent told me only 15 minutes before the viewing that she was going to be 15 minutes late (I was already on my way), I arrived only to find out eventually that she was actually 45 minutes late, when we called to try and find out where she was our calls to the Dixon’s office continually rang through to voicemail. We (stupidly) arranged a second viewing a week later - this one was in my work lunch hour which I had made clear, I only had a small time frame to view the property. Once again the agent was 15 minutes late and once again my calls went unanswered - she eventually rang me to tell me she had arrived at which point I had already given up and started walking home. We received no apology. An overall atrocious customer experience with a lack of care and respect for people’s time.

The worst experience of my life.A one star as i cant give 0.Dixons and the conveyancing company made the process so traumatic that i am still recovering from stress. To make matters worst i had 2 prospective buyers turn up and told me that Ricky at the Acocks Green branch told them how much debt we were in and so she had to meet us when she saw we had withdrawn the sale as she had a horrific experience with Dixons themselves.

Dixons.Sutton New Road Erdington. Highly recommend them. We have used Dixons a number of times in the past along with my son both sale and 2 purchases. Excellent service. On this occasion We have purchased a property from them. Nothing was too much trouble. Re Viewed when ever we needed to. And any questions were answered quickly. As this property purchase went through. Sarah Blair was superb With calming the situation and managing the difficult problems raised at times. Sarah Blair is a credit to Dixons. Very professional and understanding. Thanking all staff too. All dedicated to an efficient service not only for their clients but for their clients purchasers. Well done.

I found Dan at Dixons Solihull to be helpful and courteous, always ready to help out with speeding up the process of our house sale/purchase. In fact I would say he went above and beyond for us, even offering to help when he was off work if there was an issue. Dan kept us updated and I would use Dixons again because of the service he provided. Thanks Dan!

Dixon’s estate agent Solihull This estate agent is a bunch of wankxxs They misguide you with everything just to fill there own pockets! They go on like they help you to your face behind your back they stab you and take under the table handouts and give their own favourites the best shout on the property even though the owners of the property are losing out as they settle for a lower offer that is in there best interest rather than the vendors intrest. So all you landlords do not even bother selling your property with these rip offs! Yours sincerely Big General
